Dr. Kenneth Harris

CEO, Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth W. Harris has 35 years of experience as a physician, having practiced extensively in North MS., L.A. Calif, New Orleans, Memphis, TN, Washington D.C., Washington State, Arkansas, Ala and Colorado. He is licensed in AL, AR, CA, WA and holds a compact license through Colorado. Dr. Harris is board certified through ABIM in Internal Medicine and he has a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Harris received his undergraduate bachelors in Chemistry from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi in 1980, his MD degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984 and did his post graduate training in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC and received a certificate of completion in June of 1987.

Dr. Harris is an active Telehealth consultant/specialist, who has also been involved in Value Based Healthcare Model Development that addresses the disparities of diversity & equity that is existing in our current healthcare system. In his free time, Dr. Harris enjoys engaging in a sundry of outdoor activities, playing tennis to maintain a level of fitness, attending cultural/art events, traveling and supporting faith based charitable initiatives.

Barrington Edie

Vice President

Barrington Edie joined the firm in December 2020. He is responsible for reviewing and approving business acquisition opportunities within the firm’s buying matrix. As a former commercial banker, Barrington has reviewed thousands of lending packages from companies looking for financing, and he has developed a system of prescreening deals until the right opportunity is found.
Barrington has over 15 years in the banking industry and has worked at major commercial banking institutions such as HSBC Bank, Santander Bank, Citibank, Bank of America, and Sterling National Bank. He has worked in various capacities and is experienced in international & domestic banking. Mr. Edie has specialized in new business development, commercial lending, trade financing, expanding territories, community-based banking, and building long term customer relationships.

Barrington is a graduate of St John’s University where he majored in sociology and defines his professional success by providing value to his clients by connecting them to opportunities and providing valuable resources to help his client realize their dreams and ambitions.

When Barrington is not working, he enjoys traveling all over the world and playing recreational sports, and reading books about success and wealth creation.

George Alexander Ward ll

COO, Chief Operations Officer

Brings unparalleled sales, negotiation, analytical and operational expertise. Mr. Ward has been a specialist in healthcare human capital acquisition for over 15 years. He is richly experienced in executing bilateral acquisitions experience that have taken companies from startup to enterprise level. Mr. Ward always had an eye for business opportunities where the majority overlooked essentially being able to capitalize in tough markets. Mr. Ward has been able to position his marketing company successfully in a prolific industry that despite the current economic state has been able to obtain new business and scale. He has spent the last 3 years studying successfully operating companies and what separates them from industry competitors.

When George is not working he enjoys playing sports with his daughter and spending time with family & friends.

Bachelors in Health Information Managememt (First Semester completed – Graduate 2025)

CPCO- Certified Professional Compliance Officer
CHPC- Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance
CPPM – Certified Professional Practice Management
CPC- Certified Professional Coder

Here are a few highlights of past compliance tasks and accomplishments:

*Increase compliance “touchpoints” during Onboarding, etc

  • Present the link between Compliance, Safety, and Mission at New Employee Orientation Sessions
  • Develop Compliance Meet & Greet Opportunities during Orientation for COEs
  • Increase touchpoints for MDs on compliance program (example: Random Physician Meeting appearances)

  • Published Enhanced Code of Conduct & Ethics Reinforce Link to the mission.
  • Assist with updating Compliance Training and creation of refresher training with new content
  • Expand and Develop Policies

*Coordinate with Risk Areas

  • Meet regularly with MRA/Coding and Billing teams to provide support in developing detailed SOPs and establishing compliance certification
  • Partner with teams to develop regular reporting to the Compliance Committee
  • Promote new Coding training and proposed enhancements as appropriate.
  • Enhanced risk assessment to include Security, Privacy, FWA/billing, and Coding.
  • Working meetings with Key Stakeholders to review and update specific items on risk assessment.
